Come along to any class to claim your FREE lesson. If you would rather watch a class first that's fine, your first actual lesson will still be free.
What to Wear
Please wear some loose, comfortable clothes. Track-suit trousers and t-shirt are ideal. If you have any sort of martial art uniform from previous training feel free to wear that.
We usually train barefoot but if you have a medical requirement to wear shoes (eg. orthotic insoles) then please bring some soft-soled shoes with you.

When: 7.30 - 9.30 pm every Tuesday
